Things come up, and I completely understand that. If you need to adjust your appointment or exchange a product here is what you need to know:
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No Shows
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if an appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hours notice, a $50 fee may be due before booking future appointments with the salon.
Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your services scheduled will need to be adapted to fit the remaining time or may need to reschedule for a fee of 50% of scheduled service.
No Shows - "No Show" or missed appointments without any notice will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to booking any future appointments. If the first appointment booked is a "No Show" - no future appointments are allowed.
Service: I do not offer refunds for services already rendered, with that I always strive to provide a look and service that you will love! If you are not completely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment, and I will gladly make reasonable adjustments within the scope of our original consultation.
Retail: You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase for credit towards a new product and retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
