How do I book an appointment at the salon?

If this is your first time visiting Kendra Gassner Hair & Makeup Artistry, you can visit the ‘New Guest’ section of the website and see the service options available for new guests. If you can’t find what you need - please feel free to contact me directly to help you figure out what you need. 

 

If you’ve been in before, you can click the ‘existing guest’ button to book your appointment.

What are the salon's hours of operation?

Mon - 9-9
Tue - e/o 9-1
Wed - 4-9
Thu - 7-12
Sat - e/o 8-2

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment at the salon?

If more than 48 hours notice, you can cancel your appointment online by logging into your vagaro account and reschedule from the same app OR you can email me and let me know when you’re hoping to reschedule and I will send over some options. If you are canceling less than 24 hours you must reach me directly and that late cancellation may incur a fee.  

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hours notice more than once, you may not be able to book future appointments with the salon and/or there may be a cancellation fee.  

What happens if I miss my appointment and didn’t call?

 

"No show" or missed appointments without any notice will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking. If you " NO SHOW" on your first booking, all future bookings will be denied. 

What forms of payment does the salon accept?

Cash (get a 5% discount) or Credit Card

What is the salon's policy on tipping?

Tips are appreciated but not expected! 

How far in advance should I book my appointment? 

 

If you like a certain day of the week and/or time of day, I would suggest booking your next appointment 4 weeks in advance. 

What if I'm running late for my appointment? 

​

Your services scheduled will need to be adapted to fit the remaining time or given the option to reschedule for a fee of 50% of scheduled service.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes I do! Send your friend this digital referral card, and you will get $30 off your next appointment and your friend will get $30 off their first appointment! 

What is your return policy for retail?

 

You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. I will suggest an alternative product to meet my needs and the value of the product being returned will be applied towards the new product. Cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option and retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
